GPick a day of the week. If can br today, tomorrow or one day next week. Make sure you have about a 3 to 4 hour block of completely free time. Go to the gym, or the track or a park with a trail. Workout for as long as you can and givr it all you have for as long as you can (at least an hour hardcore).
Afterwards tell me how you feel or just think about how you feel.
