Do you like long hours or breaks in between?

Maybe it’s time for you to take a different approach. Maybe hustling for 15 or 18 hours is not where you should be. At least not at this moment. Maybe you need to add a rest day or two in between all of the madness. Make sure you are recharging during the week. It’s easy to get caught up in doing the most work, but if you’re too tired, you’re really just wasting time. It seems better to be work while you are at your peak in terms of alertness. Instead of going hours and hours without a break with very sluggish results.
