If you’re wondering what I’ve been up to…

I flew to Pennsylvania to visit family and host a fitness seminar. It was such a blessing to be able to catch up with childhood friends, and see my family. I ate good, and got to instruct my first fitness seminar. So many emotions, so many memories. I can’t wait until the next fitness seminar!

How to keep from getting sick often…

1). Wash your hands after every bathroom visit. If you don’t use the bathroom often, wash them at least every hour.

2). Drink a gallon or more of water every single day.

3). Read things you’re interested in.

4). Listen to your favorite music for at least an hour a day at a nice volume.

5). Work out. As much as your mind and body will allow. (Which is more than you think.)

6). Get your laugh on.

7). Positive thoughts all day.

8). Have a purpose. A reason for waking up. (Your kids, being a musician, teaching, that big project, finding your passion, etc.)

9). Sex and or ejaculation. (With self and or with your partner, at least 3 times a week).

Add whatever else you want to the list that makes you feel youthful.
